I am a certified accountant and my clients are mostly prominent and influential individuals. Being so, I hold a record of all their finances and for my expediency; I have all of my files on a 1tb external hard drive. Not only for client’s privacy but also for safety and protection in keeping their individual files. I also make sure that all accounting records of the company are right.
